Volunteers are essential to the fulfillment of our mission. In 2009, volunteers contributed more than 34,000 hours to Edmonton’s Food Bank.

Direct service volunteer positions at the Food Bank include client referral, hamper packing, driving, swamping, janitorial, sorting and reception. There are also opportunities for volunteers to help on evenings and weekends with special events.
